As Project Manager, Lucas Gregory will provide leadership for several projects and will be a team member for directing 319 projects funded by the Environmental Protection Agency through the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
Gregory joined the Texas Water Resources Institute in June 2006. He earned his bachelors of science degree in agricultural systems management and a masters of science degree in water management and hydrologic sciences, both from Texas A&M University.
