Rosemary Payton provides administrative support to the director and associate Director by assisting in the administration, management, and fiscal functions of the Texas Water Resources Institute. She manages daily operations of the office, human resource issues, staff issues, budgeting, coordinating travel arrangements, and scheduling conferences. Payton also assists with the director's special assignments and appointments to state and national committees.
Payton joined the Texas Water Resources Institute in 2000. She recently completed 19 years of service within The Texas A&M University System. Payton graduated from Brazos Business College.
