As software applications developer, Jaclyn Tech provides leadership for Web site development and maintenance at the Texas Water Resources Institute. She is involved with the institute's primary site as well as key project Web sites. Tech also assists in the design, development, and enhancement of computer applications for the Spatial Sciences Lab.
Tech joined the Texas Water Resources Institute in 2003. She earned her bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Texas A&M University.
