As a Project Manager, Kevin Wagner, is charged with directing 319 projects funded by the Environmental Protection Agency through the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. He oversees the development of the project's research and educational programs, and is responsible for project reporting.
Wagner joined the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station in July of 2005. Previously, Kevin served as the nonpoint source team leader for the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board. Wagner earned his bachelors of science degree in biology from Howard Payne University and masters of science degree in environmental science from Oklahoma State University.
