The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is sponsoring a Far West Texas Climate Change Conference June 17 at the Water Resources Learning Center in El Paso. The conference will consider the possible impact of climate change on surface water supplies from the Rio Grande and brainstorm potential water management strategies to offset any potential impacts.
