A Texas Well Owner Network training has been scheduled for 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Nov. 19 at the Lincoln Community Hall, 1066 Main St. in Lincoln.
The Well Educated training is free and open to the public.
Well owners may bring water samples to the training to be screened for nitrate–nitrogen, total dissolved solids (TDS) and E. coli bacteria. Pick up approved sample containers with instructions at the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension offices in Lee County or Bastrop County. Cost is $10 per sample. Bring your samples to the training.
