Lucas Gregory

As a project manager for the institutes, Lucas Gregory develops effective and efficient planning and provides leadership for multiple watershed assessment, planning and implementation project, focusing on water quality impairments in rural Texas waterbodies. He also serves as the program coordinator for the Center for Invasive Species Eradication whose current efforts are advancing research to address aquatic invasive species issues.

As quality assurance officer, Gregory oversees the development of quality assurance project plans and is responsible for ensuring that projects meet quality assurance and quality control requirements as necessary.

Gregory joined the Texas Water Resources Institute in June 2006. He earned a bachelor of science in agricultural systems management and a master of science in water management and hydrologic sciences, both from Texas A&M University. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in water management and hydrologic sciences from Texas A&M.
