Allen Berthold

As a research scientist for the institute, Allen Berthold provides leadership for various research and extension projects, working with university faculty, state, local and federal governments and stakeholders, to address statewide water related issues.

Berthold's professional interests include water assessment, planning and implementation; Extension education, educational research, needs assessment, program development, program evaluation and behavioral change.
