
Dr. Robert Gulley is the program coordinator for Edwards Aquifer Restoration Implementation Plan based in San Antonio.
He joined the Texas A&M Institute of Renewable Natural Resources in 2007 from the US Department of Justice where he served as a senior trial attorney for natural resource issues. He taught in medical schools and worked as a scientist at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.
Gulley has a bachelor’s degree and J.D. from the University of Texas and a doctorate from the University of Minnesota.
