As a graduate research assistant for the Texas Water Resources Institute, Meaghan Owens works on various GIS and hydrological modeling projects. She has also spent time working on watershed protection and management projects.
Owens is currently pursuing a master’s degree through Texas A&M University’s Water Management and Hydrological Sciences program. Her research interests include hydrology, water quality and water resources management. Prior to coming to Texas A&M, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science with a concentration of water management and hydrological sciences from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
