Jackie Rambo graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Geology and a certificate in Computer Science. She then worked for Envarus as a GIS Analyst I and later interned as a mining geologist at the Bureau of Land Management in Canon City, Colorado. While at TWRI, she was working on her Master’s in Hydrological Sciences. Her thesis focused on stream restoration and more specifically how vegetation alters the critical shear stress. She was also a part of the TAMU rock climbing team. During her free time, she enjoys researching nutrition and minimizing her carbon footprint.
