Water and natural resource professionals are invited to the next Texas Watershed Coordinator Roundtable, taking place at the Texas A&M University Equine Complex located at 3240 F and B Rd., College Station, TX 77843 on May 24, 2022.
This Texas Watershed Coordinators Roundtable meeting will include an agency panel for federal and state non-point source program updates, presentations from several state programs commonly included in watershed plans, an interactive discussion session with round table attendees and ample time for networking. The program will conclude with brief updates on upcoming educational programs and the roundtable evaluation.
Parking will be provided for the event, but you must register ahead of time to secure a parking permit. A follow-up request will be made to confirm permit info. No permits will be available on site.
An optional catered BBQ lunch will also be available for $20 and can be paid online during registration or with cash at the door. A vegetarian option will also be available.
The Roundtable will start at 9:00 a.m. and conclude no later than 3:00 p.m.
The Texas Watershed Planning Program is managed by the Texas Water Resources Institute and is funded through a Clean Water Act nonpoint source grant provided by the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The institute is part of Texas A&M AgriLife Research, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Texas A&M University.
