A new newsletter about Texas water news, Texas+Water, was launched on March 22 in celebration of World Water Day. The newsletter is published jointly by The Meadows Center for Water and the Environment at Texas State University, the Texas Water Resources Institute and the Texas Water Journal.
Texas+Water will be the go-to source for timely, insightful information concerning water issues in Texas. Each newsletter will feature current Texas news, a question and answer column with a Texas water expert, recent publications, events and other items. Dr. Robert Mace, associate director and chief water policy officer of the Meadows Center, authors a recurring section on the current and projected conditions for drought and rainfall in Texas.
