She also processes invoices for payment, processes requisitions for purchase orders and oversees the allocations of all pro card purchases, office supply orders and assists with travel requests. She also reviews timesheets and attends to other various office duties.
Before joining the institutes in October 2012, Herminia was a personal banker at Citibank, N.A. for 18 years, where she opened consumer and commercial accounts, performed customer service duties and worked as a backup teller when needed.
