Devin Stout

Devin Stout is a communications intern at the Texas Water Resources Institute. In this capacity, he assists with social media and graphic design, helps develop and publish newsletters, and writes and edits news releases and other educational materials published by the institute. 

Devin is a senior at Texas A&M University pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural communications and journalism as well as agricultural leadership and development. After graduating in December 2025, Devin plans to attend law school in hopes of becoming a practicing attorney with an emphasis in water and land rights.
