Anya is a graduate research assistant at the Texas Water Resources Institute and primarily supports water quality monitoring projects.

She is pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering at Texas A&M University. Anya's research focusses on direct Photolysis by UV-LED and Indirect Photolysis by UV-Chlorine of Cyanotoxin Microcystin.

Anya received a bachelor's of science in biochemistry from Texas A&M.
