The Texas Water Resources Institute (TWRI) is currently hiring a part-time administrative assistant, who will provide the TWRI leadership team with scheduling, coordination and administrative support.
This is a part-time position located in College Station that would ideally work each day Monday-Friday, up to 19.5 hours per week. Some flexibility is available based on candidate needs.
This TWRI team member’s responsibilities would include:
- Coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, and managing other activities.
- Drafting and managing correspondence.
- Coordinating travel, preparing travel arrangements and itineraries, and processing travel reimbursements.
- Preparing notices or agendas for meetings.
- Assisting in compiling reports and maintaining records and other documents.
- Planning and coordinating logistical and administrative support for events, meetings or other special functions, and providing on-site support.
