As a Business Coordinator I for the Texas Water Resources Institute, Herminia provides support for accounts payable, and also provides support for our Fleet vehicles. Herminia also processes invoices for payment, requisitions for purchase orders, and oversees the allocations of all pro card purchases. She is also in charge of all office inventory and assets and updates all Financial Status Reports, along with attending to other various office duties.

Before joining the institute in October 2012, Herminia was a Personal Banker at First American Bank, which was then acquired by Citibank for over 19 years where she opened new accounts and commercial accounts, performed customer service duties, and worked as a backup teller when needed, along with other various duties.
